A renovated former mill on the banks of the Longeau River in Bonzee, between Verdun and Metz, which housed a sawmill until the 1950s. A footbridge over the river leads to the terrace and garden. Following the paths and through the woods, you will reach the key site of the Great War: Les Eparges... ...then return to the gîte where a bedroom with a double bed (140/190 cm) (which can be removed to allow for the installation of a hospital bed) and a shower room on the ground floor are accessible to people with reduced mobility, as are the large living room, kitchen, and lounge.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: 1 double bed (180/200 cm) which can be separated into two single beds (90 cm); The second bedroom has a 180/200 cm double bed that can be separated into two single beds, and the third bedroom has two 90/200 cm single beds, a living room with a television and DVD player, and a large bathroom. The ground floor is fully accessible and equipped with a walkway leading to the terrace.
