This is a very nice home. There are many cooking utensils, books, blankets, pillows, and games in the house, so everything you need is at your fingertips. It is blocks away from restraints, a grocery store, golfing, and the lake.

Amazing property with clearly considered attention to detail. All the needs for our stay including utensils, tools, appliances, etc., were top shelf and available. The property was pristinely maintained and cleaned. Its location was closely located to all the Stockton amenities for gas, groceries and marinas. 11 out of 10!

Fran was great to deal with. The house is easy to get to and was easy to park our boat. Very short drive to the boat ramp, DG and grocery store. There is a nice deck for enjoying the early mornings or evenings, but a table only big enough for 2 outside. Small propane grill. Fairly well stocked kitchen, both with cookware and a few basic spices. Little things that didn't effect our stay, but could have been better: yard wasn't mowed, flower beds were overgrown. Just didn't help the appearance. Fran was nice enough to apologize for this oversight.
