Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming flat in Chamrousse, within walking distance of the ski resort. It measures 34 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the ground floor (second floor on the balcony side), it comprises a lovely 12 m² living room, a fully-fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 12 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, a hob…
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 12 m² balcony to enjoy sunny days
A wellness area shared with the whole residence:
• 1 heated outdoor swimming pool (when the outside temperature is below 20°C)
• 1 hot tub
• 1 or 2 saunas (depending on usage)
• 1 fitness room

The leisure area is open 7 days a week during the winter season (from 5 December to 11 April, 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm, 7 days a week).

The flat is ideally situated in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

If you’re visiting out of season, almost all shops will be closed. Please don’t hesitate to check with the tourist office before your stay.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park.

- Nearest railway station: Grenoble East station is about 53 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère Airport is about 1 hour 14 minutes’ drive away

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
