The Cross country track and school with rental you will find just next to the house. Very easy access for shopping (Coop) and different restaurants. To the Marguns Gondola in winter you will need 15 walkingminutes or just take the free shuttle.

It‘s the most beautiful place in The Oberengadin. The Appartement is just right concerning space. And in summer it‘s fantastic to just step out in the garden. Then its the view. Etc. Regards
