Beautiful and welcoming farmhouse with swimming pool in the heart of nature.



This lovely country house is located in the vicinity of the village Es Llombards near the town of Santanyí, where you will find all services: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, petrol stations, etc., as well as some of the best beaches on the island, such as Cala Llombards and S'Almoina, which are only 5 minutes' drive away.



The typical Majorcan farmhouse has 200 m² of living space and is prepared for 6 people.

Upon entering the house, you enter the spacious dining room, followed by the fully equipped kitchen. There is a cosy living room with 2 sofas, satellite TV and WiFi.

Three bedrooms available (1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower.



Near the main house there is a small "cottage" with a barbecue, another dining table and water connection.



The welcoming farmhouse has a special charm, especially in the outdoor areas, carefully maintained and preserving the splendour of the old natural stone walls. In the beautiful garden there are all kinds of Mediterranean plants and several very cosy seating areas.



The large 8x4m swimming pool offers pleasant moments on hot summer days and the comfortable sun loungers are ready for relaxation.
