Relax on the lanai listening to soothing Koi pond fountains while watching the whales breach in the distance. Snorkel or dive right in front of Papakea and see the amazing sea life in the tide pools and offshore reef. The well maintained grounds provide lots of available beach chairs to relax on the grass and watch the ocean, turtles or the sunset. Papakea is a peaceful Hawaiian Style low rise resort situated right on the oceanfront on 12 acres and a short walking distance to 3 mile long N. Kaanapali Beach. The lushly landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained. Every evening at the magical twinkling tiki lights are lit and reflect on the Koi ponds through-out the property. This air conditioned, turnkey condo is fully equipped with beautiful furniture including a cal-king bed and queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen has granite counter tops, recessed lighting and a double sink for you to enjoy a cooked meal. The bathroom has a large easily accessible tiled shower. The condo has a an AC and a washer/dryer. The resort features 2 hot tubs, 2 pools, and 2 outdoor covered cabanas. The amenities include 2 ocean side swimming pools, tennis courts, 2 putting greens, 24 hour front desk service, shuffleboards, poolside BBQ grills and ample parking. Papakea is situated within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and an outdoor local Farmers Market.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Guests may experience construction noise, dust, and temporary closure of front entry walkways, with alternate access provided. Elevator access on the ground floor may be temporarily unavailable during coating periods; schedules may shift slightly due to weather.

Seawall Repair Project - August 10–July 31, 2027 (subject to change based on weather, tides, or field conditions).
Work is scheduled Monday–Friday, generally 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some oceanfront work beginning as early as 6:00 AM depending on the tides. Construction noise, equipment, and temporary pedestrian detours may occur.

​​​​​​​The Putting Lanai green will undergo its annual maintenance from September 29, 2026 through November 10, 2026. The Molokai putting green will remain open during this maintenance.
