Directly on the Gulf in Bradenton Beach — white sand stretches in both directions from the front of the building and chaise lounges are set out at beachside for guests. Beach House Resort #10 is a three-bedroom with a large open deck overlooking the beach, and a sleeping configuration that handles ten guests across proper beds.
The bunk house is the family differentiator. The third bedroom has two queen beds and two twin beds — six guests in one room, with everyone in a real bed. The master suite has a king bed and a garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A half bath is available in the living area. Two full bathrooms serve the upstairs bedrooms. An in-unit washer and dryer is included. The kitchen is fully equipped for a group of ten.
The open deck faces the Gulf — the right spot for morning coffee and evening sunsets over the water.
Minimum stay: seven nights during winter months and June/July. Three-night stays are available during slower periods — contact IVP to confirm current availability.
Parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.
*Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival payable by personal check or Echeck (which will incur a $1.00 processing fee) we do take
credit cards for final payment with a 3% fee on the balance due

The location and the unit were wonderful. The only issue I had was in the description of the amenities. It stated that the property has a pool and hot tub. It only has a hot tub and the pool did not exist. After speaking with the property management firm, they were very professional, apologetic, and provided an adequate accommodation.

The property was lovely! Great to be so close to the beach and plenty of thoughtful extras (beach toys, chairs, and then the lounge chairs already set up, along with plenty of beach towels.) The pictures were accurate and the layout was great. The kitchen was stocked fairly well with appliances and pots and pans and flatware- I might suggest the addition of a few cookie sheets for reheating food in the oven. Everything was in good repair, comfortable beds, though I do think that the countertop finish (maybe an epoxy?) may need to be redone soon, as it always felt somewhat tacky and difficult to clean. The bunk room was a hit with the kids, but a note that the AC unit nearby is noisy in that area, but we cranked up their sound machine and it wasn't an issue. The wand in the master bath bathtub wasn't working, but I didn't call that out, as the tub was still fully functional with the faucet, and the master bedroom included a wonderful shower, with both a rain shower/ typical shower head. Note for check-in, the key and checkout instructions didn't include the gate code, and I was able to locate the gate code on the linked site after some time. The user experience navigating the welcome site, was clunky (at least on a mobile) so I would include the code in the key envelope.We would absolutely return- it was spacious, welcoming and the views were incredible. We've always stayed north near Bean Point on the gulf side, but this southern portion of the island was a real treat.

If you’re looking for a gorgeous location, paired with a beautiful place to stay, this is it! My family and I have stayed on AMI several times, and this is by far our new go-to. There are several restaurants in walking distance, as well as the convenience of catching the trolly right outside as well!

Beautiful condo right on a quiet beach. Group of 10 with 6 kids and we had everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, a few beach toys. 10 beach towels and plenty of bath towels. Kitchen could use a few extra supplies so I would suggest grabbing some paper products to supplement for a large group. Washer/dryer was essential. Steps to Gulf Drive Cafe… they had live music and the noise was never an issue. Perfect setting for a relaxing week spent with family.
