We absolutely love the Prescott Preserve so this location is perfect for that. All neighbors have been courteous and kind.Very comfortable place and I liked being able to watch Colorado news on Paramount .Comfortable bed.Good a/c.Well done!

This was the best experience we have had with a VRBO host. Communication was excellent prior to check in, during check in and throughout our stay. The condo was clean, well stocked with paper products and had good pots and pans and knives, which are often times just okay. The location is fabulous! Beautiful view, quiet area (off the main roads). We could not have been happier with our visit. We hope to come back!

Nice condo, great location not far from downtown. The golf course is being converted to a nature preserve, so it's a great place to take quiet, relaxing walks. Condo itself was clean, nicely furnished, and Edward was easy to get a hold of and responded promptly whenever we had a question. Highly recommended.

This is our second stay in Edward's condo. It's in a great location, off the patio is the prairie path that used to be a golf course. Edward is responsive and a terrific host. Sadly he's booked for next year!
