House's rules
Electricity consumption and tourist tax are not included and we will ask you to leave a deposit of €100. We will note the electric meter upon arrival and departure and calculate the consumption that will be deducted from the deposit. The rest will be returned by bank transfer in a maximum of 7 business days.

Since July 2016, a tourist tax has been charged in the Balearic Islands, as has been done in other destinations in Europe. In the Balearic Islands, it is known as ecotax or tourist tax, tourists must pay and, as a general rule, the money is used to finance tourist infrastructure. For tourist vacation homes, a rate of €2.20/day from May to October and €0.55/day from November to April applies, for people over 16 years of age. This payment is mandatory and will be collected on-site upon arrival.
