Our renovated farmhouse with a courtyard is situated in a completely secluded location surrounded by green meadows, far away from traffic and with plenty of space. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature while the kids have fun at our on-site playground. Whether it’s the trampoline, sandbox, swing, large fleet of toys, foosball table, or ping-pong table, we’ve got plenty to encourage your kids to run around and explore. Your children won’t get bored while you unwind from the stress of everyday life on the patio, balcony, or a lounge chair in the garden. Our alpacas, rabbits, guinea pigs, and chickens are already looking forward to plenty of cuddles and the occasional treat! We have alpacas. We’d love to take you on a hike through nature, where you can experience the tranquility of the alpacas and the beautiful surroundings. If you’re looking for a change of pace, you can drive the 3 km to Chiemsee Beach for swimming and sunbathing, or take the Chiemsee boat tour to the islands in the "Bavarian Sea." There are also great sights waiting to be discovered here. Cycling, hiking, amusement parks, strolling through the old town’s alleys, or experiencing wild rubber dinghy rides—you’ll find plenty of relaxation and adventures in our area!
On the first floor of our newly renovated farmhouse is our lovingly furnished, 80-square-meter vacation apartment, featuring a spacious kitchen-living room, dining set, couch with TV and radio, and a large kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, electric kettle, stove with baking oven, and dishwasher. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, an additional TV, and high-quality duvets and pillows—most of which are made from our own alpaca wool and are ideal for people with allergies. The children’s room features a bunk bed and a single bed, accommodating a total of 3 people. The bathroom, of course, features a shower and toilet, as well as a makeup mirror and hair dryer. You are welcome to use the baby crib and high chair. The vacation rental’s private balcony faces south and east and, with its balcony furniture, offers plenty of space to relax.
