The units are spread across three floors and are easily accessible by elevator. Some of the vacation homes are designed to be accessible. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, available. A limited number of bicycle parking spaces are provided. Each vacation apartment offers a view of the harbor area and the Baltic Sea. The Hafenspitze area also features a BAIS guest reception desk, as well as restaurants and various small shops. You’ll enjoy your stay in a maritime setting and can reach Wismar’s Old Town in just a few minutes on foot, where you’ll find historic buildings and Brick Gothic churches, along with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the Hanseatic city.

The luxury vacation apartment Pier 2.16, with its sunny balcony and view of the harbor, is almost as nice as being at home. The elevator takes you easily to the 2nd floor. The apartment welcomes you with plenty of natural light and offers 99 square meters of living space. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. The living-dining area is stylishly and modernly furnished, and internet radio as well as internet TV in hotel mode provide entertainment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. If you’d like to prepare your own meals during your stay, you’ll appreciate the convenient kitchenette integrated into the living area, which is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

You’ll sleep in two very comfortable bedrooms, each with a cozy double bed. Two very modern shower rooms let you start your day on vacation feeling relaxed. As part of our included services, the beds for two people will already be made upon arrival, and hand and bath towels will be provided.

Additional linen sets can be booked for a fee. You’ll be staying in a non-smoking apartment where pets are not allowed. For guests arriving by car, a limited number of parking spaces are available for a fee in the nearby parking garage at the Old Harbor.
