Welcome to The Seagull’s Nest, a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo in the heart of Carolina Beach, NC. With beautiful ocean views, a private walkway directly to the beach, covered oceanfront balconies, and a convenient first-floor location, it’s the perfect coastal getaway for families, couples, and guests traveling with pets.
Spend your mornings watching the sunrise from the balcony, your days relaxing on the beach, and your evenings exploring the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, pier, restaurants, and local attractions.

Sleeps 4 comfortably, with an additional queen-size air mattress available in the primary bedroom closet if needed.

Pet-Friendly:
We welcome up to two dogs with the following guidelines:
Maximum of 2 dogs
Dogs must be under 50 lbs.
$125 non-refundable pet fee for 1 dog
$200 non-refundable pet fee for 2 dogs
Dogs must be house-trained
Dogs must be crate-trained and crated when left unattended
No pets on furniture
Required Quarterly Pest Control:
Our building requires quarterly interior pest-control service to help keep every condo pest-free.
If your stay includes a scheduled service date — January 8, April 9, July 9, or October 8 — guests must allow the pest-control technician access to the unit. A $50 fee will be charged if scheduled service is declined or access is prevented.

Outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach

Great location on the beach within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Had a wonderful AC which normally you wouldn’t think is a big deal but there happened to be a heat wave and it made a huge difference on our enjoyment of the vacation.

Super cute condo with an amazing beach view and access. Great communication, easy check in. Very close to north end mini mart with coffee and solid food menu and goods.

Alana’s place was exactly perfect in every way. Super clean and tidy with serene beach vibes. Being able to sit on the back deck listening to the waves was pure bliss.

The host requests at least a 4.8 rating but I prefer honest reviews so that guests can make an informed decision. The location of this condo was great. Perfect location to attractions and great restaurants. The unit itself was not cleaned well and had very worn appearance. The couch has not 1 but 2 slip covers because it’s in such terrible condition. The washer is growing mold. And although I paid a steep cleaning fee, for the quality, this host asks for you to do the laundry before leaving (sheets/towels). The kitchen appliances did not work (broken Keurig and toaster) and when I reported this the host did bring different ones by the rental and was generally apologetic. There was leaking bottles under the bathroom sinks and just general clutter in cabinets & drawers of bath and kitchen. We didn’t even cook here because dishes were not clean and out in the cabinets as if they were (coffee still in mugs). Bathroom had crusted toothpaste on sink and mirror at check in. The HGTV days are long gone. This place needs renovations/refurbish and a deep clean.
