Wonderful view of the beach and the host was very responsive to any questions.

This place is outstanding, with wonderful view, clean, well maintained and equipped. Plenty of parking spaces, nice pool, walking distance to everything that you need.

First of all - there is no such thing as a "reasonable price" for a prime beach front luxury vacation condo, but this is as good as you can hope for. Worth every penny!! Security to get onto the property is a "10", getting into the main lobby is a "10", and getting into your specific condo is a "10" as well!! Once you get into the condo, security through the gates and the lobby are controlled by remote control fobs - awesome!! The condo was totally stocked with all of the essentials, including a Keurig Coffee Machine and every room was VERY clean. When the temperature was too high, the A/C was nice and cold!! The view of the beach and the swimming pool from the HUGE balcony were perfect. Awesome sunrises!! Great place to "people watch", dolphin watch, bird watch, and watch Navy ships (we were fortunate to see the USS Nimitz Aircraft Carrier pull into Naval Station Mayport, enroute to Naval Station Norfolk where she will be decommissioned). We've never been to a beach city with so many great restaurants within a 15 minute radius. From subs/pizza to Mexican, Sushi, Indian, Pastry Shops, and Breakfast/Brunch restaurants - this town has it all. It is also only about an hour from St. Augustine if you are looking for history and more great restaurants!! This was our favorite beach front condo over the past 10 years of vacations!! Sharon is a great host and provided swift answers when we had a couple of questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The owner was very accommodating, but the condo itself was poorly stocked with soaps and paper products. It didn’t have enough sets of towels and the blinds in the bedroom needed to be repaired.
