Spanning over 2,400 square feet, this spacious chalet features four beautifully appointed bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The two master king bedrooms provide a serene escape, while the two bunk rooms, equipped with a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a twin over full bunk bed, are perfect for the younger guests.

The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. We booked a luxury rental that slept 11 for our family's Christmas vacation. Everything was wonderful. We had issues getting into the property and the customer service was top-notch and we received help immediately and without question. The home was in great condition. Had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We have been coming to this area, and staying in this townhome, for many years. We love how close it is to everything! It is in the perfect location and is so comfortable: perfect for multiple couples or families. Four, separate bedrooms, on three floors, so people can have their own space. Well-stocked with everything we need. Awesome views, backing to open space, and on the end of the complex with privacy. We love the hot tub for relaxing at the end of a long day. We will return again and again. Make this your home base for exploring Grand County!
