Beautiful condo, very clean. Nice pool and able to walk right onto beach. The host, Cathy, was awesome. Cathy responded to all my texts and questions and even helped with suggestions to help with activities during my stay in Florida. Location very convenient and close to activities and dining. My children and grandchildren really had a great time. We definitely will be back.

We greatly enjoyed our visit to Sea Fern!!! The property fit our family's needs perfectly. Pool, beach access, and parking were all very convenient. The condo was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Our host was fantastic with communication and responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend this property and host. My family will absolutely be returning! Many many thanks for a wonderful stay

The beach view was perfect. The grass space is perfect for pups. We had great access to parking. The grounds crew was very kind and friendly. They even left an event schedule on our door. We had absolutely no issues with check-in. Cathy was wonderful to work with. Our group will definitely stay here again.
