We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location, the breeze right across the street, 3 pools and such a clean beach. A lot of extras provided such as beach towels, beach chairs, tons of pots/pans, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, etc. Overall such a nice and clean property!!

Only a short walk to the powdery soft sands of the Key’s famed quartz beach. René has thought of everything- beach toys, stroller, umbrella, games- the condo was full of unexpected surprises which made our stay considerably more comfortable than the average VRBO. In addition, she texted with us throughout the trip, offering any assistance we might’ve needed. The furniture and appliances were new and in good working condition. Trolly outside the complex is free and goes everywhere on the island. Condo is connected to a bank of units that stretches toward the beach and I particularly liked that these were all ground level (not a many-storied bldg). Our visit (June), the condo club was uncrowded. Sat outside on the patio with coffee in the early morning surrounded by palm trees and birdsong. Wondered why the place even had pools with a beach like that but they are there. The outstanding feature of the stay was the welcome and care we received from our gracious host. Well worth the and would love to return.

This place is perfect for the family! The place is spotless and walking distance to the beach is key. Jamaican Royale was quiet and very family friendly. Highly recommend!
