Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Living room has open floor plan with a queen size sofa sleeper and a queen size murphy bed. The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes a dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Coin op laundry on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. My husband and I love this beach side location. For us the first floor floor was perfect. I was worried we wouldn’t be able to see the ocean, but we could. And the patio gave us a little bit of a block from the wind, which was nice. This location is right along the promenade so we were able to take a stroll in both directions to see the really cool houses. It’s also very convenient to walk to Broadway, which is where all of the fun restaurants and activities are located. The sunsets were amazing and even though the high was only 60 it felt much warmer. We really like the fact that there were two bathrooms and then we folded out the couch for another bed just so we could watch TV and see the ocean at the same time.

Great location! The mattress in the bedroom can be updated. It is uncomfortable and worn. The couch and chair in the main room are stained pretty badly. Address those issues and this is a 5 place.

The king bed is in bad need of replacement. The hidabed in the wall was more comfortable. A/C wouldve been nice.
Other than that the place was lovley and we enjoyed our stay.
