Easy walking distance (3 blocks) to South Beach, Downtown, and Kids Corner Park. This cottage has newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Gathering with friends and family will be a delight with the open concept living/dining area. The bedrooms are comfortable and the 1st floor master bedroom is perfect for extra privacy. There is an upper level deck space with grill off the kitchen/living room and ground level patio area to enjoy. Amenities include, free wireless internet/cable, all stainless steel appliances, and washer/dryer.

Shady Pines is an awesome rental. In a very nice area within walking distance to beach and town. Has many amenities and set up very well to make you feel very comfortable. Our family had a great time and good communication with owners.

Excellent property. Recently renovated. Very comfortable, homey, spacious and nicely decorated. Superb location, only 10 minutes walking distance to the beach and the marina. Great backyard patio and a garage with many beach accessories and two bikes available for guests. Owners were friendly and very helpful.

Shady Pines is the perfect place to stay in South Haven. The house is nicely decorated and very roomy. My family of 4 had plenty of room. 2 full bathrooms is a big plus! Big kitchen with all we needed- coffee maker, refrigerator, etc. We walked to the beach and the downtown area. Just perfect!
