The backyard is beautiful. It is a great home for families too. The kids can enjoy the backyard and the game room is very nice. The home is very nice. It’s an older home, so just a reminder that there is not as much storage as newer homes. The host is outstanding and communicates very well.

JESUS ARIAS was an awesome host! The communication was fantastic and the place was spotless! The house is in a very convenient location, and it was perfect for our visit for attending the Commencement ceremony at Wake Forest University. It’s a few minutes from WFU and just a couple of minutes downtown to visit some fantastic restaurants. Perfect spot for a weekend to Wake Forest football or basketball game. Thank you Jesus for a great place to stay!

Perfect place for a couple guys for one night stop on our way south for a golf trip. Quick/cheap uber ride to restaurants/town and very clean house!

I recently stayed at this vacation rental in Winston-Salem and had a very positive experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of the property is its location. It’s just a short drive to Wake Forest University, which made it incredibly convenient for campus visits, events, and exploring the surrounding area. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, while still being close enough to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. The owner was excellent to work with from start to finish. Communication was quick, clear, and efficient—messages were answered promptly, often within minutes, and all instructions for check-in and check-out were straightforward and easy to follow. That level of responsiveness made the entire process stress-free, especially when coordinating arrival times. The property itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings and all the basic amenities needed for a short stay. The kitchen was stocked with essentials, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. One practical note for future guests: parking is somewhat limited, so larger groups with multiple vehicles may need to plan accordingly.Overall, this rental is a great option for anyone visiting the Wake Forest area. Its combination of location, cleanliness, and attentive management makes it a solid and dependable choice.
