After spending countless years vacationing all over the Oregon Coast, we fell in love with the city of Manzanita. Our family has been staying in Manzanita for years now, yet we never found the home that was perfect for us. Well, we decided to build it. This house was designed for 16 guests and fits the desires we could think one would wish for in an Oregon Coast vacation home. This home is newly constructed and completed in 2016.

5 Bedrooms with King Beds. 3 of these Masters have private On-Suite bathrooms
1 Bunk room with Twin beds for 6
2 Queen sleeper sofas available in the Recreation room
All 6 bedrooms have ocean views, 2 of which are oceanfront with private balconies
Recreation Room - Lets face it, the Oregon Coast gets a lot of rain. For those rainy days, we have a fabulous game room. Equipped with Foosball, Shuffleboard, Basketball Pop-a-shot, and a 4-player Arcade with 30+ games.
Media Room - For those evenings where you want to stay in, enjoy our Big Screen TV and 8 High End leather reclining chairs with your friends and family. With our Bose Surround sound system, you will enjoy your Blu-Ray movies.
Great Room - Enjoy watching the ocean waves breaking from the great room or sit in front of the fireplace in our custom leather seating.
Dining Room - Our custom 10 foot live-edge dining table provides seating for 12. Additional seating for 6 is available at the kitchen island and another 6 at the Great Room glass dining table.
Kitchen - We equipped this home for 16. The Kitchen and Pantry areas provide ample storage for food with two refrigerators and two dishwashers. We have cooked our own Thanksgiving dinner here and the two ovens and 6-burner stove come in very handy! Kitchen appliances include, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, rice-cooker, Ninja Blender, crockpot, fondue set, griddle, and more...
Patio - 7-person Hot Tub on a giant 800 sqft outdoor concrete patio with fire pit and gas grill

We are located at the dead end of a quiet street. The majority of beach front houses are along a busy road. No cars driving by and significant privacy.

We stayed for a week with children and grandchildren and the house was perfect. The owners have communication down to a science. We received timely emails with restaurant recommendations, lists of things to do, detailed check in instructions and even a personal call to make sure we arrived without any issues. The little ones loved the bunk beds and the secret playroom, older kids loved the foosball and basketball games, adults loved hanging in the living room looking out of the floor to ceiling windows. Getting to the beach was a much shorter walk than other houses we’ve stayed in. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the theater, especially with the World Cup going on. The kitchen was the most stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen. There were at least three cast iron pans and a griddle along with pots, pans and gadgets in every size. And a second fridge plus a closet full of appliances. The table sat 10 which was exactly what we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to see two washers and two dryers which was really useful. To sum this up, this is the fourth house we’ve stayed at on the Oregon coast with this group and everyone agreed that this was the best one.

Beautifully designed, immaculate house in a scenic location equipped with everything you could possibly need. We appreciated that things were carefully labeled and the house manual was thoughtfully prepared with easy instructions. Communication with host was easy and she couldn’t have been more accommodating. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely stay for a group of friends. The access to the beach with the beautiful views and fire pit were incredible. We would definitely stay here again with a group of friends or for a family trip. Thank you so much!

Beautiful, spacious home that can accommodate a large group! The game room and theater room provided a lot of entertainment when the wind picked up and we needed some time inside. Check in process was smooth. There were a couple of hiccups (extra fridge not working/bathroom light not working) however, the host was very responsive and sent someone out to work on the issue (unfortunately not fixable during our stay). We loved that all of the rooms had king sized beds. If you go to sleep early, keep in mind that the sliding doors do not have blinds or window coverings, so there is a lot of sunlight coming directly into the room during spring/summer months (particularly the two upstairs rooms with ocean views). The spacious kitchen made meal time easy and we loved that there was a large table with lots of seating! The location provides great views, easy beach access, and walkability to downtown.
