Countryside, fresh air, hiking, cycling and visiting 2 major historical sites 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike: the majestic castles of Vaux le Vicomte and the picturesque medieval village of Blandy-les-Tours.
The maisonette has a garden at the front with the possibility of parking 2 cars
and at the back, a garden overlooking the countryside ideal for having meals and taking a quiet nap. It also has a barbecus.
The house has 3 bedrooms, with new bedding, a very bright living room with its 2 French windows. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom has been renovated.
