The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming 40 m² flat in La Trinité-sur-Mer, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely living area with a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190),
- A bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
IMPORTANT: The property has a single window, providing soft natural light and a cosy atmosphere.
Outside:
The flat is ideally situated in La Trinité-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s garage and private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Auray station, 14 km away (20 mins by car)
- Direct bus (Line 1) to La Trinité-sur-Mer

Excellent compact apartment, just what we wanted. Garage was great to be able to be used but if we had a taller car it would not have fit
