Beautiful apartment on the first floor, ground floor, bright, southwest exposure, beautiful view of the Prorel and Montbrison mountains, secure parking space and garage. Composed of a living room with American kitchen and large balcony, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm beds (+ a drawer bed). Sofa convertible into a 140 bed in the living room. Bathroom with bathtub. Very well equipped, WIFI, 80cm television with TNT, dishwasher and washing machine, smoke detector. Located 1000 m from the foot of the slopes: Prorel gondola:, with TUB (Briançonnais urban transport) stop outside the door.
