About this space
Beautiful open floor plan on a quiet cul-de-sac between the Spanish Springs (5 min) and Sumter Landing (11 min) town squares. A spacious front patio with a fire table is perfect for sunny afternoons and cool evenings. A screened-in bird cage off the kitchen offers a quiet seating area in the back yard. The rental also includes use of one golf cart.
The space
There is a king master bedroom/bathroom, a queen second bedroom with unattached bathroom, and a new queen murphy bed in the third bedroom . You will have access to one golf cart, and vehicle parking is allowed in the driveway. A second cart can be rented privately from the owners for $25 per day.
Guest access
Rental is for the entire property including one golf cart. A second cart can be rented privately from the owners for $25 per day.

The only comment is that we felt the front door is not very secure. We would have appreciated an additional lock.

The home is lovely and conveniently located to all of the amenities The Villages has to offer. Very clean, with lots of room. We loved and spent much time on the screened in porch. I highly recommend this property. Definitely worth the price.
