This was a great place to stay. The condo looked exactly like it appeared on the website. The view from the balcony of the beach was perfect! The location of the condo is close to everything.The owners were extremely nice. They were so easy to deal with and quick to respond to my emails. They were very detailed about what to expect and provided all the access information we needed for everything. The whole condo was clean, and we had everything we needed and more. They even provided beach toys and boogie boards for us if we had wanted to use them. We had other family members staying at the same resort and they told us how ours was much nicer than their condo.We will definitely stay in this condo again. This was one of the best experiences dealing with VRBO from dealing with the owners to "getting what you hope you get". We would highly recommend this condo!

Get here fast and take it slow! Over 20 years of vacations in the Panhandle, this was by far the best experience we've ever had with a rental property. The condo itself was spectacular!! Totally original theme. Led backlit Surfboards on the walls, 85" TV in living room, unique tiled bath etc. We are always cautious of rooms that claim beach front. You travel 100s of miles to discover beachfront didn't mean BEACH FRONT ON THE BEACH. Not the case here. It is literally, directly on the Beach with amazing views from the balcony. The kitchen is plenty spacious and the in room washer and dryer are very nice as well. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable and also had a large TV and again, another LED surfboard over the bed! Such a cool little detail that creates an awesome beach vibe! This was the first of many more future times we have spent at Kokomo and can't wait to get back! Like the Beach Boys said "That's where ya wanna go, down to Kokomo!"

Our first night was interrupted by an intruder around 10:00pm. We were asleep and we heard the door opening. I shouted and they left. I phoned the owner and he said it was probably the cleaning crew. Very unnerving. The property is very confusing. I think the two buildings were built at different times and the floors don’t line up.
