Bright and comfortable apartment in the prestigious Montecolo Resort in Manerba del Garda, perfect for a family holiday.
The semi-detached house is developed on the ground floor and is accessed via a French door from the private portico, which opens directly onto the living area furnished with two double sofa beds, a dining table, a TV and an equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed, large wardrobes and access to the rear garden, and one with a bunk bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
To reach the apartment there are approximately 20 external steps in the structure.
*The Residence pool enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and is available from 15 June to 15 September. The pool area is divided into 3 zones: adults area (25x18m), children's area and jacuzzi area; completing the facility, within the large 40,000 square metre park, a children's playground, football pitch, beach tennis, bar, games room and meeting room. The pools are open from 9 to 20. The use of a swimming cap may be required.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, a tourist tax may be required, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all information relating to your booking within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
The town of Manerba is immersed in the green hills of the Valtenesi and inland the agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C. wines, horse riding experiences, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily accessible by bus, and well connected with the main attractions. The residential nucleus is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a height overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Orientated Natural Reserve of the Rocca and the Sasso, from where it is possible to see much of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
The apartment is located 25 minutes by car from Desenzano railway station and less than 50 km from Verona airport.
