*Base rate is set for 2 guests; each additional guest is $25/per night. Any on-site day-use guest who is not included in overnight reservation is $25/per person/per day.

Really fun house for our Bachelorette weekend. The view was amazing!

House was amazing, even with a lot of stairs, and perfect view. Hot tub room ended each night perfectly. Glad there were 3 small parking spots as we could parallel park in them our large truck. There was a slight housekeeping issue that the host promptly addressed. Definitely recommend this property.

Clean, well-stocked and unique home with unbeatable location and views. There's a blend of historical charm and modern utility, especially with the lovely renovated upstairs bathroom. We were very comfortable with a party of 6. The town of Manitou Springs is charming and the walk to the cog rail station for Pike's Peak is minutes away. The property has a number of stairs, so be prepared in advance to carry baggage, etc.

The house itself was in good working order. Its an older house but was cozy. The stairs to get to the house and to leave were diabolical. I would not reccomend this home to anyone older with physical difficulties or anyone with kids.
