Oceana II 8203 Atlantic Ave Ocean City Md 21842 This condo has it all, 7th floor views up and down the beach.High Speed WIFI- Full kitchen with all the amenities, dinning table that seats 4 and 3 stools located at kitchen granite bar. The master suite has it own bathroom dual sinks large stand up shower and king bed located direct ocean front with balcony access from 6 foot patio door. The guest bedroom is located on the rear of the condo featuring 2 queen beds with large storage drawers located at foot of bed along with a tall chest drawer and closet. Both bedrooms have a 42 inch LED TV with cable. Guest bathroom has a tub and shower for children glass doors and dual sinks. Both bathrooms are tile from floor to ceiling.Living room is located direct ocean front along with balcony access from the 2 patio door. Living room features full queen sofa sleeper love seat 50 inch plasma TV with cable. There is a full size washer and dryer located in this unit. Ocean II is in mid-town OC easy access to both north and south end of OC. Oc has so much to offer from probably one of the largest and nicest beaches on the eastern sea board to dinning, golf, amusement parks, legendary boardwalk and of course Jamaica USA Secrets bar, restaurant and nite club.

I was the primary renter but had a death in the family so I was unable to go. Fred was extremely responsive to texts and questions. The girls reported it was a beautiful condo with a very convenient entrance to the beach. The beach was not crowded as the other places we have stayed at. Only comments were the living room and second bedroom were very tight for five women. Would definitely recommend for four people!

This was our second year staying in this condo. It’s very nice. The balcony has seating for 4 and a table. We enjoyed sitting out there watching the boats go by. The condo is very quiet. We’ll be back next year,

Our stay was perfect! Ocean view is spectacular and the balcony has comfortable furniture -- nice place to eat and daydream over the ocean.I am handicapped, so there were crucial things I needed for a comfortable stay.1. 2 electric recliners in the livingroom. Cannot sleep on a flat bed.2. Spacious shower that easily accommodated my shower chair. (May suggest putting an adaptable shower wand instead of only having a large shower head.) With a little help from my hubby, it was a perfect fit!3. Had a handicapped height toilet. 4. Used my walker and had no trouble getting around the condo. Very spacious with great upgrades!5. Location! So close to the water's edge and in a quiet area. Restaurants galore, although we have our favorites. 6. Very well-kept, clean building -- from the condo, to the hallways, elevator, parking lot, and surrounding areas.This condo has become our favorite go-to for a relaxing vacation! Host was extremely helpful and we have booked another week in October!

Bathrooms needed additional towel bars. No blinds in mater bedroom. Morning sun prohibited being able to sleep in. Kitchen cabinets required wiping out. Basics such as dishwasher soap would have been appreciated. Lightbulb burned out in second bedroom. Mater bedroom bed cover had stains.
