Master bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and large dressing.TV. Window onto the courtyard.
Bathroom, ensuite to master bedroom with bath, sink and hair dryer. WC.

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

My family had a fantastic stay in Paris at what I would describe more as a modern, spacious apartment rather than a "cottage". The location within the lively Marais district was perfect, within easy walking distance to the Seine/Notre Dame, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and cafes. The hosts were very supportive and available, and the check in/check out process made very easy. The apartment was large, impeccably clean, with three full bedrooms and bathrooms, and plenty of space for my family to relax, with a fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Despite the location, there was no audible noise from the street or surrounding occupants. I would definitely stay here again would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful apartment to friends or family.

I am very picky when it comes to VRBO rentals, and really needed someplace that fit 5 adults (1 couple and 3 20 something’s) comfortably. This place exceeded our expectations. The lay out is great and more spacious than the pictures would suggest. We all had our own space, but also space to hang out together. The kitchen was decently stocked and has a dishwasher. It is well located in the 3rd, close to multiple metro lines within 8 minute walk. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants and shopping right outside your door. It was very quiet in the apartment and no issues sleeping. I would stay here again!

This home had bedbugs in the primary one of the three bedrooms. They had not spread to other beds ,so I presume the infestation is recent. STILL, I expect at a minimum a one-third refund, and I asked about this right away, and NO ONE from VRBO has responded to my inquiry. This does not match your claim of 24/7 service. Please get in touch with me about the refund. The management confirmed the problem by bringing in an exterminator. They said VRBO would do the refund.
