The apartment consists of one double bedroom (can be set up as a twin room on request), one extra bed on a gallery level (which serves as a second bedroom), bathroom with shower, living room. There is a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. From the living room, glass doors open onto a small closed off balcony. The apartment does not have a private parking place, public parking is available on the street but charges apply. Amenities include A/C, SAT TV, free WIFI, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and safety box.


Apartment Mistral is located on the second floor of a new house that consists of 6 apartments. Gruž harbor represents a peaceful and central location, opposite the apartment is a playground and a walking path by the sea that leads all the way to the Lapad peninsula. A supermarket is within 2 minutes walking distance and the nearest restaurant is 20 m away. The Bay of Lapad with several beaches is located 1.5 km west while Old Town is 1.5 km east, about a 15 minute walk. The bus stop is just 30 m from the property and buses run regularly in both direction.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
