This is a unique property on Maalaea Bay. Recently upgraded and renovated, it boasts wheelchair accessible features such as a large master bathroom, ADA compliant, including a large roll-in shower. Ground floor accessibility and very close accessible parking stalls make access ideal. No elevators to have to deal with. You can roll right up to the sandy beach!
If you are not in need of accessible features, this unit is still the perfect getaway. It is in a quiet area of the Makani A Kai condominium with lots of privacy. Adjacent to a wildlife preserve area and 4 miles of uninterrupted sandy beach, there is no other condominium to the south for miles.
It is also directly adjacent to the best swimming area in Maalaea and a world-renown surf spot. The locals know that this beach is the best kept secret on Maui - away from the high-traffic tourist areas.
We live and grew up on Maui and our own house is only minutes away! If you have any needs, please feel free to call us!

We loved staying in this Condo! It is the perfect place in the middle of everything in Maui! Kihei and Kahului were both about 15/20 mins away and Lahaina was about 30 mins. The condo was beautiful! The owner, Jon, was very helpful ans responded quickly to anything and everything we needed! We will definitely make a trip back out there! There were turtles directly behind the condo

Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The location is short walk to the beach which was very nice.
The apartment itself is not in great shape as much of it is outdated, the AC worked very well though.
Biggest complaint was the noise from the bathroom and the roosters that were directly outside of the building. The roosters would crow starting at 4 AM and made sleeping nearly impossible for my family and I. It caused such a disturbance that we ended up leaving early and finding another place to stay.
