RELAX & ENTERTAIN
This four-level home is perfect for large or intimate gatherings. You'll be swept away by the open floor plan as the living-dining areas flow into a beautiful gourmet kitchen and extends outward through french double doors opening to an expansive wooden deck and a lush secluded fenced-in backyard. This open spaciousness is further accented by large windows wrapping the entire length of the home, bathing everything in warm natural light. Comfortable furnishings. Two rec rooms—the one in the apartment has the bar/kitchenette and fold-out sofa bed and airbed. The lower level Optional Apartment Suite may be added to sleep up to 20 guests with sofa and air beds for extra fee.

In addition, gas and charcoal grills are available for those great home-cooked meals.

LARGE ROOMS FOR BIGGER GATHERINGS
Bagley Place main house (3 levels) offers six spacious bedrooms and four full-size baths. All bedrooms feature queen beds, some with sitting area, large dresser and/or closet with organizers. Online pricing is based on main house; bedrooms are based on double occupancy; extra fee applies to single occupancy. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay. Any additional person must be approved in advance and will be subject to an additional guest fee.
For larger gatherings, you may expand your accommodation by adding the Optional Apartment Suite in the lower level, which includes two extra bedrooms, a sixth shower bath and another Rec Room Lounge with a fold-out sofa and air beds plus a kitchenette/bar for an extra fee. This flexibility allows Bagley Place to easily accommodate up to 8 more guests—that’s eight bedrooms and six bathrooms total! Bonus!...Billiards hall is included with minimum six bedrooms rental. Please note: Peak season and major holidays require full house rental of six bedrooms.

RELAXING COURTYARD & INTIMATE BACKYARD
Bagley Place is beautifully landscaped for special intimacy and privacy. A beautiful trellis fence envelopes and encloses the entire property. Two three-tier fountains create a peaceful, restful setting at the center of urban fun. A flagstone courtyard welcomes travelers with handsomely designed iron outdoor dining and a cascading water fountain. In the secluded backyard, house guests can enjoy a huge wooden deck (30' by 15') plus a stone paver patio with a tall water fountain as well as a second tier deck (10'x10'). At the top of the terraced backyard is another patio (18'x14') and outdoor dining table for four and a furnished Billiards Hall, which is included with the full house rental of six bedrooms. Therefore, there are three outdoor tables to seat 20-plus guests and two BBQ grills (gas & charcoal), a perfect outdoor setting for any size gatherings.
QUALITY AMENITIES
Bagley Place features high-speed wireless internet access (wi-fi), free access to Netflix movies and a tankless water heating system for extra convenience. Complimentary shared washer and dryer, with iron and board. We also stock the home with board games for ages 1 to 99 and toddler toys. On street parking is free and readily available, plus parking pad off alley.
SAFETY DURING YOUR STAY
For safety and security, there are 4 Ring cameras (entry, living, kitchen, apartment) taking a quick snapshot video of any movement. You may cover the three indoors in living, kitchen and apartment, but not the exterior Ring doorbell. Please do not touch or tamper the entry to avoid a fine of $500.

Worth every penny. It's a lovely house in a lovely area. It far exceeded our expectations. The hosts were great and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. They went above and beyond to help us with difficulties on the VRBO reservation system. Our grandkids had lots of fun with the games and toys provided. My daughters said "Most places look good in the photos but then don't deliver. This place is actually even better than it looks in the photos on VRBO ." Staying near Green Lake was a real treat. It's one of the very best neighborhoods in Seattle with no evidence of the homelessness which is so prevalent now in Seattle. We took several walks around the lake during our stay. The neighbors were very friendly, so much so that it did not feel cold like so many big cities we've encountered. The Green Lake neighborhood felt like a safe village but with all the amenities of a big city. We would love to return.

Perfect location to host family and friends in town for a party, there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space but also enough common area to hang out and connect. We will certainly consider this property for future family events.

We had a great time with our family celebrating New Year’s. The place is spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for large groups; in our case, there were 22 of us and everyone felt very comfortable. Everything looked very nice and generally matched what was shown.The only thing we did not like was that the online photos show a pool table, but we did not find it during our stay. Aside from that, everything was great. The host was very courteous and responded quickly to any questions or requests.

We did not have hot water for the first part of our stay and the host was initially dismissive and unhelpful but did ultimately bring a plumber and fixed the issue. Kitchen had plenty of dishes for serving and eating, lacked a colander and can opener. Otherwise we enjoyed the deck, playroom, TV with Roku, easy access to Greenlake.
