House with good views and good sun all day. The house is located in one of the best places of the parish. It has two bedrooms, living room / kitchen and two bathrooms, with capacity for 6 people. Access to the house is in a lane, 2 minutes walk. Outside there is a barbecue, a toilet, a large garden for sunbathing and the swimming pool. The house is on a hill so it has a fantastic view over the ocean and the Arco da Calheta. Absolute tranquility. Come and spend a pleasant vacation in CASA SOL AND VISTA.

This was our first time in Madeira and we felt our stay here was very authentic to the island (this includes the hike into the property;). The space was great for a family of four with two adult children. The view was breathtaking! Arriving with fresh eggs and bananas grown on property was nothing short of a host that cared for their guests. You can see the pride Duarte has in his property and sharing it with others. Book it! You won’t be disappointed….

We really loved the stay in the house of Duarte. Unfortunately we only booked for 3 nights. You alredy wake up with a beautiful view of the ocean and in the evening you have the most beautiful sunset you can imagine. Another big plus of the house is the owner Duarte. He helps you with everything you need and in the beginning he provided a basket with different fruits and eggs for the first days. We really loved it!

This place is amazing, Durante was so responsive and even had fresh eggs, bananas and a bottle of wine from his farm. Truly an unforgettable experience and I recommend this location to anyone looking to travel to Madeira.
