The perfect little townhouse for our family on a trip to Savannah. Such quick, responsive support to a few questions we had, easy parking, & convenient location.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend the Houston House! The location couldn't have been better. Being in the Historic District meant we were within walking distance of the beautiful squares, amazing restaurants, and Forsyth Park. We rarely needed our car, the longest walk we took was about 25 minutes to River Street, which made exploring Savannah so easy and enjoyable.The neighborhood was quiet, felt very safe, and the neighbors next door were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. Parking was on the street, but we never had any problems finding a spot available. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable! We all slept so well each night, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also really appreciated the welcome book on the coffee table. It was full of helpful information about the house, along with great local tips and recommendations that made exploring the city even easier.Our host, Jason, was wonderful and communicated with us every step of the way, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out.We were genuinely sad to leave our new home away from home and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit!

We stayed at this property for three nights and loved every minute of our stay! The rooms were immaculate, and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with cookware, utensils, and even coffee, making it feel like a home away from home.The location was perfect—we were just a short walk from Forsyth Park and could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Our host was gracious, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

The property was wonderful. The only issue was the key pad for the door lock was not operational and we had to operate off one key all week. The bedrooms each having a dedicated bathroom was a great touch. We were so busy for the week that we did not have to enjoy the property completely.
