Perfect for up to 3 people, this space is situated in a quiet and well-located condominium, where everything you need is just a few steps away, from restaurants and shops to supermarket, running track, and soccer field.
The living and dining room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with television, dining table, air conditioning, sofa and sofa bed and also access to two balconies (one of them furnished), ideal for enjoying the outdoors
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including electric stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso and filter coffee machines
The room offers a comfortable double bed and air conditioning, while the bathroom has a bathtub with shower and bidet
