Modern apartment in the historic center of Bologna, within walking distance of the main attractions.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a well-maintained residential building. The entrance immediately leads to the living area, which features a double sofa bed, a dining table and a TV. Next to it is the independent kitchen, equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher, an oven, and a kettle. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and large closets. A bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the layout.
*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Bologna, known as the "Dotta" because it is the seat of the oldest university in the West, the "Grassa" for its excellent food and wine and the "Rossa" color that characterizes the historic center, is a wonderful city of art, culture, and commerce. Its soul lies in its medieval historical center, which is among the largest in Europe and full of taverns, shops, and theatres, characterized by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historical center is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of the medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli, and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries, and religious buildings. The host was excellent. Communication was very easy and they even provided recommendations for restaurants in Bologna. Made for a great weekend. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect base camp for exploring Bologna
