Local, family-friendly activities range from scalloping and fishing in the Bay to birdwatching at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Or, even playing frisbee with Fido on the pet-friendly beaches. A stunning backdrop of sand and surf welcomes guests as they enter the main floor great room of this pet-friendly property. A spacious island in the open kitchen allows for plenty of space to prepare meals and chat with fellow guests in the living area. A dining table for 8 sits by the window for group dinners. After a day in the sun, curl up on the wraparound sofa for a quiet night while watching family favorites on the 65” TV. We had an amazing time! The kitchen was big and well equipped for our large group. The layout worked really well for us. We had 5 kids and the bunk room had plenty of room for everyone with room for the parents on the same level. The beach access with the deck leading over the berm was great. The kids also enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks for the great week!

The Driftaway Chalet is a wonderful property for large families. Our party of 15 enjoyed and appreciated both the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rental. My grandchildren loved the bunk room setup. The house sits right on the beach and is equipped with a private boardwalk over the sand dune. The main floor beachside porch and master bedroom balcony are perfect for watching the children play on the beach as well as the dolphins playing in the ocean.

Clean and comfy. The kitchen isn’t stocked very well though. For 15 people to be able to sleep here, the parking is awful! Only three TIGHT spots. It’s a townhouse so be mindful your neighbors are super close!
