We had a great stay at Sandy Cheeks! The house was GREAT for our group- plenty of space to spread out and fun amenities to keep our young kids entertained. Our stretch of beach might as well have been private property- it remained quiet and traffic was limited, even on the weekend. We had a great time!

The view and beach access can’t be beat here! Property was clean and as described. The outdoor deck was spacious and the hot tub was great. A couple of things that could be better: there were no bath mats (minor). And the upstairs area had an odd odor to it and wouldn’t cool lower than 73. Overall, we had a great time!

The property was amazing and exactly what I was looking for in our trip. The area provides a sense of privacy, unlock more populated and popular beach locations. We were unfortunate in the lift was not operating, which made loading and unloading more difficult. It was addressed quickly, but we drew the short straw and a tropical storm developed while we were there so due to power outage it was not able to be repaired before we hit our check-out time. That is no fault to the host.The host was amazing with communication and any questions we had.

This was our favorite place to stay so far in Gilchrist! Location is pristine. Management was so helpful with fast response to needs we had. We'll definitely be back!
