4-Plex Apartment "B" (first floor, southern sunny end unit, post hurricane restored, fully renovated interior-to the block walls is located just across Gulf Drive from the Gulf ocean and in the middle of Bradenton Beach city on southern end of the top rated Anna Maria Island.
Walking distance convenience to the best the island has to offer, including the FREE AMI Trolley, Historical Bridge Street, The Bradenton Beach city pier, the inter coastal waterway, lots of restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream parlors, marina and of course one of the BEST island beaches in America.
Watch the frequently seen dolphins from the beach just across Gulf Drive... Stay here for your beach wedding or family reunions.
An hour or so before the sunsets, fire up the large all stainless gas grill in the enclosed picnic area (lighted & on property) and enjoy your meal while watching the sunset from your apartment window...
•Last minute: When / if available and you wish to book within 24 hours of arrival you may “contact host,” below to submit your last minute booking request.
•All Check-ins/outs are 24/7 and Contactless, with electronic key boxes on patio wall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We love Anna Maria Island and this unit was a perfect location for the two of us. It’s walking distance to Bridge Street Pier and several other restaurants. Mike was very easy to communicate with and left great information in the unit. We will definitely book again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect (the beach is right across the street and was never very busy, and we were within an easy walk of tons of stores and restaurants!) The unit had everything you could possibly want for a beach trip and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Host was very responsive to questions and provided ample information. The location could not be beat, being directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here for your beach trip & will most likely return in the future.

We loved our stay this summer! We were minutes away from Bridge Street and across the street from The Beach House and gulf. Our bed was comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for meals and the cleanliness was noticed from the start! We loved using the wagon and chairs for our beach time:) We look forward to returning some day!
