Welcome to Powell Peak 104 at Mary's Lake Condominiums, an adorable 1 bedroom condo perfect for your next mountain getaway! A short outdoor staircase will lead you to your private covered deck - featuring sweeping views of Mary's Lake and surrounding mountains. You'll find ample space here to sit back and take it all in, with both a patio table and chairs for outdoor dining and a pair of charming wooden rocking chairs overlooking the vista.
Step inside, and you'll find that every inch of this cozy but efficient condo carries that same charm and rustic character, featuring unique mountain wildlife themed decor. In the living area, you'll find a comfortable sleeper sofa, recliner, electric fireplace, and smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation, and the bedroom suite has a King size bed, window AC, and a private bathroom with shower. We know you'll find yourself at home in our quaint little corner of Rocky Mountain paradise!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
What to be aware of:
This home does NOT have a dishwasher.
Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.
Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.
No outside fires.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet time at 9pm.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

Great stay. Great location. Went in summer and used A/C (window unit) noticed we were only condo w/ window unit and it was a little noisy

Great location with fantastic views! Quick drive to downtown Estes Park. 5-7 minutes to restaurants, shopping and RMNP. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The host even provided beach towels. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is compact but came stocked with pantry staples and plenty of cookware. We saw a moose swimming in Mary’s Lake, and lots of other wildlife during our stay. Just FYI, this property is on an upper floor with two flights of stairs. Good training before enjoying a hike at RMNP
