This condo is 3 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and 5 miles to downtown Estes Park.
Bighorn Mountain 19B is a cozy 2BR/2BA condo with spectacular mountain views! Just a stone's throw away from Mary's Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.
The open living area features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and those beautiful mountain views.
The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep.
The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.
The master suite offers a king bed, another flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious jetted tub/shower and two sinks.
The guest bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom.
Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub from your deck, while enjoying the surrounding views. (Private hot tubs are not intended for children.)
This condo has central AC to keep everything cool in the summer and heat, along with a fireplace, to keep it toasty in the winter. It is the perfect mountain home away from home!
The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

This is a lower level unit.
Mary's Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.
Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.
No outside fires.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet time at 9pm.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, and additional hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

Family trip to Estes Park. The property was as advertised an absolutely wonderful! The location was great for trips into town and to RMNP. Hot tube was wonderful and we didn't get a chance to go to the pool. I would stay here again!

Would definitely stay here again!19B is a beautiful FIRST floor condo just minutes from the Beaver Meadows - Bear Lake Road entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Mule deer visited the side yard daily. The condo is spacious with clean bathrooms and bedrooms. We had a hiccup when we arrived because the VRBO description indicated we were renting the SECOND-floor condo. Turns out the top (second floor) condo is 19A and the bottom condo is 19B. It appears to have been a miscommunication between VRBO and SkyRun. Marcy, from SkyRun came right over and did her best to address our concerns. Our biggest issue was the hot tub in 19A has no ceiling over it for star viewing. The hot tub for 19B is covered by the upstairs outside deck walkway. HOWEVER, in our opinion, 19B turned out to be better for us because we had sun protection when hot tubing in the day as well as rain protection when it showered. At first glance, the hot tub is in an odd position, but actually I believe it's for privacy. The front facing decks are semiprivate, so your neighbors can see you and you can see them when using the decks.Overall, a great stay. Beautiful views and the convenience to the park entrance are big pluses. The community pool was open, but we did not use it. We did use the hot tub every day after hiking, and it was fabulous.
