The open-concept living area is bright and welcoming, featuring recently updated furniture, a comfortable seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances. The dining area seats 6, making it easy to enjoy meals together after a day at the beach.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and a double bed with newer mattresses, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Whether you are planning a family vacation, couples getaway, or relaxing escape from colder weather, this condo offers the comfort and convenience you need for a memorable stay.

This Indian Shores vacation rental is close to local restaurants, area attractions, and the Suncoast Beach Trolley, making it easy to explore Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other popular Gulf Coast destinations before returning to your peaceful beachfront retreat.
Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior restoration project that includes balcony work, concrete restoration, and painting. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
During work hours, the pool may be temporarily unavailable for one to two hours depending on the work being completed that day; however, the pool remains open daily and is fully open all day on weekends. Parking adjustments may also be necessary throughout the project.
Please note that the balcony restoration for this unit has already been completed.

There were 4 adults and 2 children in our group. The spaciousness and layout of the condo were amazing!! The patio provided a great view of the sunsets and a great place for morning coffee! We booked through VRBO and should have used the Property website. The pool was still undergoing repairs along with the patio and all outdoor amenities. Pool chairs were stacked up at the edge of the beach for you to take to the beach and back. There were a number of construction workers on site throughout the day and they were given parking spaces on the property. We had two cars and had to park across the street in a paid lot due to free parking spaces being in short supply. I would suggest the price point doesn't match the inconvenience. When we inquired about the condition of the pool and amenities, we were told we should have booked through their website. Not really a solution. Again, let me stress that the condo itself was AMAZING and once repairs have been completed, this will be a place I certainly would recommend. Other than their indifference to our plight, I would also label the staff as EXTREMELY helpful and friendly.
