The spacious balcony offers a perfect vantage point to savor the direct gulf-front views. This unit has undergone a complete transformation with granite countertops in the fully appointed kitchen, and a host of new features including tile and plank flooring throughout, appliances, furniture, paint, WIFI and in-unit laundry. Enjoy peace of mind with onsite property management and 24-hour gated security. Indulge in the wealth of amenities designed for pure relaxation and comfort.
Unit features: 4th floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 8'x23' balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed. Guest room has two twin beds. Living Room has a full size sleeper sofa. Dining room table seats 4 + 3 stools for counter seating. Balcony has 6 outdoor chairs, coffee table and high top table.
Appliances: 3 TV's, washer/dryer, conventional oven with smooth top electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, Keurig Coffee maker & grinder, toaster, blender, crockpot and mixer.

As a guest, you will have access to all property amenities: multiple pools, kiddie pools, hot tubs, BBQ and picnic table areas, tennis, pickle ball & basketball courts, shuffle board, horseshoe pits, putting green, fitness facility with sauna, Sassy Bass restaurant & bar, and Shelah's Coffee & Ice Cream Shop, and on site self-serve ice service to fill coolers. Water activities and beach service are also available - located at the end of the Resort's boardwalk.

Handicap accessible property with smooth surfaces to thoroughly enjoy the entire property: elevators, ample concrete walkways and patios, wood boardwalk to beach with no steps.
Take advantage of the proximity to Kiva Dunes golf course, conveniently located next door, as well as many area attractions: historic Fort Morgan landmark, Mobile Bay, USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park, fishing & dolphin watching charters, USA Water Amusement Park, and plenty of local restaurants, shopping and conveniences just minutes away. A short drive to the heart of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach.
Gulf Shores International Airport is now offering direct flights from several cities via Allegiant Air, and only a short 20 minute drive to the condo!
Pensacola and Mobile Airports are also available with approximately 1 - 1.5 hr drive to the condo.

Amazing host. The place was everything you think it should be, not a single detail was doubted as we arrived. We had a family issue arise just before the trip and she was cordial and supportive in an as constructive way as she could be. This area is a fun little area. It's a bit out of the Gulf Shores area but still rockin' in mid-summer. The beach is nice and if you walk a bit down the beach, you can escape the crowds. Gulf Shores-proper is just a 10-minute drive or so and the parking near the beach there is plentiful. It is super easy to shoot into that area from here if you want. But, plenty of places around to eat in this area as well. Tacky Jacks 2 down towards Ft Morgan is everything a salty dive spot should be and try Jesse's on the Bay for a nicer, more polo-shirt-level meal.

We’ve stayed Plantation Palms for multiple years, but this was our first time at this unit. We will be back next year, Lord willing. They have all of the things that make it feel like home from kitchen equipment (blenders, pots, utensils, etc.) to extra fans to nice beach chairs and more. My husband loved the how cold the A/C got, the ceiling fans, balcony size, outdoor rugs on the balcony, & all of the extra amenities (like multiple coffee maker styles). I greatly appreciated the nice beach chairs & toys, which saved us 100 since I planned to purchase them upon arrival. We don’t have infants, but they even have a pack in play & high chair which I know is a major help for parents with little ones. I was able to order Walmart delivery & meet the driver outside the security entrance at the coffee shop. This helped us tremendously with time & space, especially since Sassy Bass stayed remained closed during our stay. Starr is an excellent communicator. She responded quickly anytime I reached out, & she texted a summary of important info on check-in day which was nice to have at my fingertips. She also let me know when the room was clean in case we wanted to check in early (at no additional charge).

Fantastic condo for our family vacation!! Very clean and comfortable. The view is spectacular! I had my coffee and dinner on the balcony everyday. The beach isn’t overcrowded and the ground are kept nicely. The hostess is very responsive and kind. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!! We will be back next year!

The condo was very clean and well maintained. Bathrooms were very small. The shared amenities were not in working condition for many days. Outdoor hot tub and indoor pool were not working. The condo grounds very clean but could use some upgrading. The hosts were very responsive.
