Proud 3 story Traditional home located at the edge of town is rich in detail and history of the island. Beautiful renovations make this home just right for the whole gang. Just a few steps and walk to shopping and waterfront downtown plaza. Spacious rooms and large dining area leads out to back deck and outside shower. Garage available with Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, and Boogie Boards, Charcoal Grill. This house provides linens and towels.

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. LP had everything we needed and we loved that we (all 10 of us) were able to enjoy several meals together in one room. The children loved the third floor as it gave them some relief from parents and elders. We loved the back deck and outdoor show. Several evenings enjoying the outdoors was had. The shower was very convenient when coming back from the beach. The location was amazing. We were able to walk and see so many places without having to find parking. The only comment here is that Church St is dangerous with speeders. 1 out of 3 cars came racing down the street. Especially at night. Very dangerous for walkers and children. Otherwise, we had a great vacation. Harbour Rentals, you have been a large part in making our annual visits a success. Thank you so very much !

We truly enjoyed staying at The Laughing Pony. This is our second stay at this home. We had 6 teenagers ages 13-16. Boys and girls. This property has plenty of room for everyone to have their own bed and separate spaces for girls and boys and Mom and Grandmom. We enjoyed the back patio. So much room and trees gave it plenty of privacy. The location of this home allows you to park your car and walk to many shops and ice cream and food places. Easy walk to view the Fireworks and to have dinner at Bill's. Also easy walk to grocery store. We totally recommend this home for a fun rental. Loved the clean sheets and towels that were available! ♥️
