This luxury apartment features three magnificent bedrooms with queen-size beds, impressive 60 cm-high mattresses—ergonomic, extra-firm, and memory foam with a reversible design—as well as fabric with a thermoregulatory treatment and built-in closets.
Leaving the bedroom and entering the living room, you’ll find a very comfortable 150 × 190 sofa bed, a 50-inch TV, and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home.
In the kitchen, you’ll find the finest extra-virgin olive oil from Jaén, vinegar, sugar, coffee, salt, and spices, a complimentary bottle of wine, some sweets (palm-shaped cookies, cupcakes), tea, and coffee—and let’s not forget the water filtered through an osmosis system, so you can enjoy the best filtered water without having to buy heavy bottles and carry them around.
We also can’t forget the three full bathrooms, featuring top-quality fixtures and finishes, with spacious showers providing a pleasant, endless supply of hot water powered by aerothermal energy. In these bathrooms, you’ll find shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, and amenities such as a sewing kit, shower cap, cotton pads, and cotton swabs. To make your bath even more enjoyable, you can connect via Bluetooth to our speaker and enjoy the music of your choice.
It would be remiss not to mention the extremely powerful ducted air conditioning system, which will make your daily life very comfortable during the hot months and provide heating during the colder months.
Did you think you’d read it all? Well, think again—this luxurious apartment features its own Andalusian patio and a wine cellar downstairs, complete with a handcrafted bar, where you can spend the day with family and friends.
