Welcome to Ocean House II Unit 2905, a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offering 950 sq. ft. of cozy beachfront living with direct Gulf views and easy beach access. Nestled in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama, this charming retreat is perfect for couples or families, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.
The Space – Sleeps 6 Comfortably
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, HDTV, and private bathroom access featuring a tub/shower combo—relax with comfort and privacy.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed with its own private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light.
Living Room: Queen-size sleeper sofa, two cozy chairs, flat-screen HDTV, and coastal-inspired decor—all set in a welcoming open-concept layout.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Two parking passes maximum to be purchased on site upon arrival. *Please see note regarding parking above.* The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We went on a girls trip and really enjoyed our accommodations. Great view of the ocean. Loved the pool and the location. We were so close to everything. We will definitely stay again!

First of all, this condo is much more dated than the pictures reveal. That being said, it was very clean and the view from the balcony amazing. The biggest disappointment was that on the night we arrived late, neither of the bathroom sinks in the condo were working. One had no faucet at all. There was also a missing smoke alarm with exposed wires hanging from the ceiling and the king master bed was missing a mattress pad, so the sheet was right next to the stained mattress. More than a little disgusting. The kitchen sink was working, so we were all able to take turns brushing our teeth and getting ready for bed at the kitchen sink. Definitely not ideal. Beach ball did get everything fixed the following day. While we appreciated the responsiveness, we felt the condo was not a satisfactory place the first night. I would have expected at least a partial refund for that first night we were there, but I guess we will have to call and complain to management first.
I would not stay here again.
