Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. We have two small children, the downstairs bedrooms were great for them with a bathroom with tub close by. We loved the two family rooms, but it was difficult to relax some evenings since there were limited curtains and the sun just pours in. The views are fantastic, with a screened in porch area so you don’t get eaten by bugs. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious, we ate in most evenings. Overall - solid 4/5.

A vintage property off the water a small walk neighbors were not real friendly. I was told there was access to the water for canoeing however when my family with children went to see we were told the walkway was private property. The house however was very spacious lots of small nooks and surprises. We enjoyed our time. Make sure you bring plenty of bug spray and extra cleaning supplies if you so choose.

Nice views from the deck . We were treated to multiple jet flyovers as they practiced for an air show in ocean city .
