7 bedrooms, home just steps away from the beach, totally redone all new windows, heating, cooling, flooring all new doors bathroom, lighting, furniture and appliances, kitchen and much MUCH more.
We have a 70 inch flat screen TV over the fireplace along with plenty of seating for everyone, plenty of couches, including bar stools in the kitchen for breakfast and a flat screen TV in the kitchen so you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner with your favorite shows, and never miss a beat. The first floor is a very spacious open floor plan flowing throughout the house all bedrooms are secluded from one another lots of room for you will never feel on top of one another.

Also on the beach block, 250 feet from the beach, we have 2 other homes on the bay with magnificent views. The 1st is 885378 which has amazing views and sunset views like no other property around!!! We had a wonderful time during our stay! We had a few kids with us and it made it special to have the pool and also be so close to the beach, a truly memorable family vacation spot.We enjoyed the amount of space and the kitchen was very functional for our needs. In addition Martin the manager was very communicative ensuring our stay was going well which we all appreciated. In addition he was able to check us in early and check out later which was great! Thanks for everything!A few hiccups that we hope are taken care of for future guests: -Not all the TVs were working, management company came in but said they had to order more remotes / were unable to solve during our stay. This wasn't a deal breaker but bit inconvenient. -Sliding glass door handle was partially broken and it was hard to open and close, for fear of breaking it-Hooks for hand towels, toilet paper, and bath towels were not set up in the third floor bathroom and missing some in the second floor so it was bit unsanitary in that regard -Third floor bedroom one of the ceiling fans was not working which was uncomfortable on hotter nights.

We had the best long weekend at Delancy Place. The house is walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. Quick ride to the casinos. Martin was quick to respond with any questions I had. The house was very clean and spacious for all my family attending. Would highly recommend and would love to spend another weekend there!

The house is ok but the pool filter wasn’t working for a full day of our stay and the owner didn’t respond for over 12 hours (he told us he would be somewhere with spotty signal and then didn’t answer from 9 AM to 10 PM). Didn’t apologize, said it might have turned off automatically if it got wet (how does a pool filter not get wet if it’s under a deck holding a pool?), but no apologies or discount for the big inconvenience. I wouldn’t stay here again.
