The country house "La belle vie" is a typical Charente house from the 17th century.
The south-facing building has been completely renovated. The thick natural stone exterior walls provide a very pleasant temperature inside, even when it is very hot outside.
The house is located in the middle of the vineyards in absolute calm on a property of 6000 m² with mature trees.
The 400 m2 house corresponds to the old barn of the building, which has been completely renovated and combines wood, metal, stone and glass in large volumes that are very pleasant and friendly.
Well furnished, it has spaces and equipment inviting you to relax, play and socialize:

Inside:
Living room of 100M2 with large bay windows overlooking the terraces and patio
Equipped kitchen + laundry room with Thermomix and Cookeo and everything you need to cook
Hanging catamaran net
Fire Ramp to Descend from the First Floor

Equipped gym (with air conditioning)
Children's equipment if needed (games, high chair, travel cots, etc.)
Dartboard (pub type)
Please remember that you are responsible for your children and their supervision. Including sports equipment left available.

An ideal patio for large meals in the shade

8 sunbeds
Table de ping Pong

Huge shaded area under two hundred-year-old lime trees

Sufficient parking spaces are available on the property.

Bed linen and towels available

Baby cot and high chair are available free of charge.

Pets welcome outside (there is something to sleep in the shelter, patio, courtyard... and the land is fully fenced)

In terms of safety: We have a 2-year-old child so barriers to block access to the stairs and doors are available
The swimming pool is equipped with a roller shutter and, in addition, a mobile net system (BEETHOVEN brand) with lockable gate is at your disposal.
It can be uninstalled by you in a few minutes.

Even if the neighbours are far away, the wind tends to carry the noise quite far at night, so we ask you to pay attention to the tranquility of the neighbourhood from 10pm.

We wish you a good holiday :-) and remain at your disposal for information, prices etc... Since Christmas 2022, a 6th attic bedroom equipped with a shower, a toilet, reversible air conditioning with double bed and 2 small beds is available.

Weekdays arrival 4pm, departure 10am. For weekends, arrival from noon and departure 3-4pm max please. Either for the following tenants, evening for our family in order to return to our "home" La belle Vie.
As a bonus activity, we have a Squash club in JONZAC, SetSquashJonzac website.

Yours truly.
