Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness room and business center.
All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Beach Club 424 is nicely furnished with tile flooring in the living areas, an upgraded kitchen, and complimentary in-room high speed internet service. For increased efficiency, this property offers a full size Maytag washer and dryer. Coffee lover's themselves, the owners have provided both a Mr. Coffee as well as a Keurig. In addition, Beach Club 424 offers a beautiful view of the courtyard and ocean.

The apartment was spacious. We were ON the beach. Partial ocean view. It was clean and had everything we needed except enough beach towels. Bring your own. Two beach chairs. Nice pool. Walkable to nearby restaurants, and 1.5 miles from the pier and downtown area.
